Xen's journey into fitness began in 1981 when he decided to take up body-building and martial arts as a way to gain self-confidence and self-discipline. It paved the way for him to pursue a career in fitness, firstly by graduating from the University of Wollongong with a degree in Sports Science, then to management positions in the hospitality and fitness industry.Always actively participating in sport while studying, Xen's passion for competition and achievement in sport soon earned him an impressive track record in Australian National Basketball and Bodybuilding.
Xen was recognised as the founder and pioneer of Personal Training in Malaysia in 1993, renowned for training high profile politicians, members of the royal family, businessmen and women. Xen is an international speaker, educator and wellness expert. He has spoken at frequent conventions such as FILEX, IHRSA, World Fitness (Russia), The Japan Health Show, ChinaFit, AsiaFit and the Adidas Personal Trainer Discover Tour (China).
His commitment to continually putting health and fitness first has been demonstrated during his 30 year career in the global fitness industry.
